WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns of any goods, spare parts, machinery or accessories will solely be accepted at the discretion of Honeydew Lawnmowers. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. If you have made a mistake in your ordering we are more than happy to assist where we can, unless the items provided have been used, have been specially procured, or have been damaged in any way. We may offer, at our discretion, an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT note. Returns after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted. Honeydew Lawnmowers accepts no consequential damages or costs whatsoever with regard to failure of goods.
Exclusions: Products below are excluded from our returns and exchange policy, except where they are deemed faulty by our suppliers:
Sealed electronic and solid state components: e.g. coils, processor boards, switches etc.
Batteries, fuels and oils
Any product that has had Fuel and Oil added after arriving at its destination.
Any product that has been operated in the field.
DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICES FOR ALL PRODUCTS?
We do offer delivery on most of our items. certain products unfortunately can not be sold online due to certain regulations and policies. Some of our products require professional assembly and setup, these products can only be collected from the shop. Where we can do a proper hand over and training will be provided on safety and basic operating techniques.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY'S ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
New units have a Carry In Warranty. Six month warranty if a product is used in the commercial market and 12 months for a domestic user. Warranty's are covered by our suppliers and the final verdict always remains with them. The transport cost are not covered under warranty, the unit will have to be taken to your nearest dealer or send back to us for inspection.
Certain products are only manufactured for the domestic market and if these products were used in the wrong application there will be no warranty. If you are not sure what the right product for your application is please contact us and we can help you choose, and guide you thru the process.
Abuse, misuse or any non factory fault will not be covered under warranty. Consumables and wearable parts are not under any warranty.
